Looking for a sales role where you can build relationships, grow a territory, and represent services that make a real difference?

As an Account Executive, you'll represent Comfort Home Care and Valley Mental Health, building relationships with healthcare providers and connecting patients with behavioral health services across Massachusetts.

But this role is about more than generating referrals. You'll work closely with leadership to identify new opportunities, develop growth strategies, and help shape how both CHC and VMH expand across the communities we serve.

We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of a territory, bring ideas to the table, and play an active role in what's next for two growing healthcare organizations.

Comfort Home Care (CHC) provides specialized in-home nursing, psychiatric nursing, and medication management for adults with behavioral health and complex medical needs.

Valley Mental Health (VMH) provides accessible outpatient psychiatric care and medication management through our team of psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.

Together, we can support patients across multiple levels of care - and you'll help healthcare partners understand how.

What Does a Day in the Life Look Like?

No two days are the same. You might:

• Meet with a hospital case management or behavioral health team
• Visit a community health center or physician practice
• Introduce a therapist to VMH as a psychiatric medication management resource
• Educate a discharge planner on CHC's in-home nursing services
• Host a lunch-and-learn
• Develop a new referral partnership
• Attend a conference or networking event
• Collaborate with our Intake and Clinical teams on new opportunities

This is a field-based role for someone who would rather be building relationships in the community than sitting behind a desk all day.

Your First 90 Days

30 Days: Learn CHC and VMH, our services, referral processes, territory, and what makes each organization different.

60 Days: Build relationships, conduct your own meetings and presentations, and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.

90 Days: Establish consistent referral activity across both organizations and have a clear strategy for continued territory growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow healthcare referral relationships
• Develop new hospital, behavioral health, primary care, and community partnerships
• Educate referral sources on CHC and VMH services
• Identify new opportunities and grow referral volume
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and educational events
• Represent both organizations at conferences and networking events
• Manage your territory and activity in HubSpot
• Collaborate with Intake, Clinical, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting new people
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Healthcare sales or business development experience preferred
• Behavioral health, home health, or related experience is a plus
• Strong territory planning and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
