Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote mental wellness both in and out of therapy sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making appropriate adjustments to therapeutic approaches as needed, in accordance with individual treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to coordinate integrated care for clients, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements related to mental health treatment modalities to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical guidelines when managing client records and documentation.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, case consultations, and team meetings, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and learning within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with complex emotional and relational challenges, specifically focused on issues surrounding divorce and relationship counseling. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, determined by qualifications and experience.
