This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator known for building successful locations. Your Role Includes Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership Training, mentoring, and developing stylists Delivering exceptional client service and driving retail sales Supporting recruitment and team growth initiatives Maintaining high cleanliness and brand presentation standards Helping build a loyal client base in the Ballwin area Requirements Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred) Active Missouri Cosmetology license required Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Goal-oriented and team-player attitude Availability for evenings and weekends Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions Performance bonuses paid every pay period Higher tips than other chain salons in the area Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year Health insurance and 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Store Location: Sport Clips of Ballwin 14838 Manchester Rd.
