Independent, well-known and established family owned automotive service
facility is looking for a full time Service Advisor. The shop and office are a clean,
and well organized facility with 9 lifts, plenty of parking and equipment in great
condition. Shop owner has been in business for over 19 years with a loyal and
growing customer base. Nearly 7500 square foot facility is able to keep
technicians busy and with plenty of work. We perform repairs on nearly all
automotive foreign and domestic vehicle lines and light trucks. The services we
provide are minor to full and complete maintenance service and inspections,
repairs, diagnostics, emissions, wheel, tire and alignment service, electronics,
engine and transmission repairs as well as some fleet work.
The right individual would have a clean
professional appearance. Outgoing and great people skills. This is a customer
relation role where you would be in front of customers on a daily basis. You must
have great communication skills, good listening and ability to give clear responses
and direction. A high attention to detail is very important for this role. Customer
interaction will vary from in person, phone, internet and text. Previous service
advising experience is recommended but not required. Basic knowledge of
automotive systems is desired.
