Litigation Legal Support Specialist
Location: Century City, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Support Specialist to support a high-volume litigation team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Position Overview:
Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to 3+ attorneys, assisting with matters from inception through trial and post-trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, coordinate depositions/mediations, and arrange travel
  
• Prepare, format, and e-file legal documents in state and federal courts
  
• Draft correspondence and assist with pleadings, motions, and discovery
  
• Maintain case files and track deadlines
  
• Support trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination
  
• Assist with document review, summaries, and deposition materials
  
• Enter attorney time and assist with billing as needed
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of litigation legal secretary or legal support experience
  
• Strong knowledge of court rules, filings, and legal documentation
  
• Experience with state and federal e-filing
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage preferred
  
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
