Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Hospitalist Neurosurgeon to join its high-performing Neurosurgery Program in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position offers a unique 7-on/7-off hospitalist schedule at a Level II Trauma Center with advanced imaging, a comprehensive brain and spine case mix, strong referral network, and academic opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows while working in a mission-driven, collaborative healthcare environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical consultations and follow-up care.
• Interpret advanced imaging including MRI, CT, and angiography.
• Collaborate closely with neurologists, neurointerventionalists, trauma teams, and other specialties.
• Participate in trauma and spine call aligned with the 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality, evidence-based surgical care.
