About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the development and leadership of its finance function. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing the financial discipline, visibility, and infrastructure necessary to support the organization's mission of growth and acquisitions. This pivotal role involves owning the financial strategy, leading financial reporting, planning, and forecasting, as well as overseeing treasury, tax, insurance, risk management, and M&A financial integration. The CFO will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining financial KPIs, recruiting and building a finance team, and ensuring the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting across the company's multi-branch operations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years' progressive experience in finance and accounting. A strong background in a PE-backed, multi-location business, particularly with a focus on acquisitions, integration, and multi-state operations, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial leadership, strong operational orientation, and the ability to partner effectively with branch and field service leaders. Experience in a rapidly growing business environment, as well as the ability to translate financial results into actionable operating recommendations, is also a key requirement. A CPA and experience in the industrial or route-based services arena are considered advantageous.
