Sales Strategy and Operations Director

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of customer‑centric sales and service strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth. Analyze customer engagement processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness. Guide teams in the implementation of sales operations and customer service excellence initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business transformation and customer satisfaction. Oversee the development of innovative solutions and strategies to address client needs and market gaps. Promote the use of advanced technologies to create an environment where people and technology thrive together. Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the organization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining executive‑level client relations. Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and inspire others to follow. Requirements At least a Bachelor's degree. At least 9 years of experience. Demonstrate analytical thinking and business transformation skills. Excel in channel sales process troubleshooting and client prospecting. Cultivate commercialization and cross‑selling strategies. Enhance customer acquisition and relationship management. Innovate through rapid experimentation and reframing techniques. Lead sales strategy and operations planning implementation. Promote service delivery and customer satisfaction excellence.
