Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain an active caseload of clients, fostering meaningful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and stability, setting goals for future appointments and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop personalized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes, using electronic health records efficiently.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based approaches to cater to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure best practice standards are upheld.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to support client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
