Role Summary The Brand Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth within an assigned portfolio of distributor and salon partners by increasing product adoption, strengthening relationships, and expanding new business opportunities. This role focuses on new salon acquisition, account development, and category expansion, while partnering closely with the Business Development Manager to strengthen sales capability across distributor teams, support territory growth, and ensure long-term mutual success. By strengthening relationships, driving adoption, and expanding within accounts, the Brand Sales Manager contributes to sustainable revenue growth and brand loyalty. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in enabling distributor success by equipping Distributor Sales Consultants and their teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to acquire, retain, and grow Keune business in the market. Key Responsibilities Partner with Distributor Sales Consultants in the field to build selling capability, identify opportunities, and drive Keune growth across the territory. Drive new account acquisition through targeted prospecting and in-market partnership with Distributor Sales Consultants. Manage and develop a portfolio of salon accounts, focusing on growth, engagement, and expanded brand adoption within the territory. Support onboarding and activation of new accounts by leveraging education, rewards programs, and brand tools (including the Brand Portal) to drive strong adoption and early success. Increase product penetration through category expansion and strategic recommendations aligned to salon business needs. Conduct regular in-salon visits and business reviews to evaluate account health, identify growth opportunities and support distributor partners in Keune retention efforts. Drive success of new product launches & sales initiatives. Support education initiatives by coordinating with the Education team for training and events. Leverage education initiatives as a tool to drive engagement, conversion, and long-term account growth in partnership with the Education team. In partnership with distributor sales consultants, encourage execution of promotions, merchandising, and product launch initiatives within accounts. Monitor salon account health: add value where applicable, identify risks, and proactively address retention issues and/or escalates them. Maintain accurate CRM records, account notes, and sales activity. Track and manage activity, opportunities, and outcomes within CRM systems to support business growth and visibility. Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, trends, and opportunities. Identify market trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, providing insights to support territory strategy and decision-making. Facilitate sales meeting presentations, salon presentations, team calls and training as aligned and agreed upon by BDM. Other duties as assigned. Accountability: Takes ownership of account success and retention. Adaptability: Responds effectively to client needs and market shifts. Communication: Builds trust and credibility with salon professionals and distributor partners. Success in This Role Looks Like High retention rate of salon partners. Consistent growth in revenue from existing accounts. Strong reorder frequency and increased average order size. Efficient onboarding and activation of new accounts (in partnership with BDM). High customer satisfaction and engagement levels. Accurate and timely CRM updates and account management. Work Environment Field-based role with regular travel (60-75%). Frequent in-salon visits and collaboration with field teams & DSC/Sales Consultants/Stores. Evening and weekend work for events, education sessions or travel. Required to be ambulatory to move around freely between buildings, and between levels within buildings. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or territory sales. Demonstrated ability to drive growth within existing accounts and support new business development. Experience in professional beauty or salon industry preferred with an understanding of salon operations, retail dynamics, and service-based business models. Strong relationship-building and customer service mindset. Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive product adoption and category expansion. Comfortable delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and education experiences that support engagement, conversion, and long-term account relationships. Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and travel schedules effectively. Self-motivated, organized and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively while staying aligned with broader territory goals and leadership direction. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey brand value, build alignment, and influence outcomes across diverse audiences. Proficient in CRM systems and able to maintain accurate account records, track activity, and leverage data to inform decisions.
