Supervisory Case Manager COR3

Overview Case Manager 5 (Supervisor) oversees advocacy, crisis intervention, support services and coordination with funding sources. Ensures program meets objectives, supervises delivery of high‑quality services, and ensures compliance with funder requirements and agency policy. Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and scheduling staff, volunteers and interns. Responsibilities Supervisory duties: ongoing monitoring of service provision, oversight of all operational components, recruiting and training staff. Program development: continual review of funder requirements, grant compliance, client eligibility and financial assistance. Team support: coach staff, schedule outreach, maintain documentation, gather program data, ensure program standards. Case management: provide services to program clients, conduct outreach, screening, assessment, coordinate referrals, maintain client records. Community liaison: maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies and promote VOA services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work or related field; related experience. Two years of full‑time case management experience. Experience meeting program compliance and administrative requirements. Leadership experience in human service environment. Colorado driver’s license, state‑mandated automobile insurance, and personal vehicle for work travel. Complete required agency credentialing within 12 weeks and maintain thereafter. Preferred Qualifications SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) Certification. Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC) Certification. Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field. Competencies Models core culture attributes “AIRS” (Accountability, Integrity, Respect, Service).
