Transportation Analyst

Position Summary The Transportation Technology Integration Specialist is an entry‑level position responsible for configuring systems for new and/or existing dedicated accounts, as well as analyzing and responding to customer needs and priorities. This role will partner closely with Pyle’s Process Improvement, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing account maintenance. Responsibilities Work closely with Operations and customers to successfully onboard new customers and maintain existing business. Respond to and assist users with system‑related questions and concerns. Provide hands‑on workforce training. Review, develop, and analyze existing system processes, and offer suggestions for improvement. Perform ad hoc projects and analytics as required by Operations leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking, customer‑focused environment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills. A strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
