Your Everyday Duties Will Entail:

• Preparing the operating room and ensuring surgical setups meet procedural standards
• Upholding strict sterile protocols and infection prevention guidelines
• Assisting surgeons and surgical teams by providing necessary instruments and supplies
• Managing surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and post-operations
• Monitoring and organizing supplies to maintain operational efficiency
• Working in tandem with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel to promote comprehensive care
• Documenting surgical counts and maintaining accurate records

Educational Prerequisites:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or its equivalent

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

• Must possess a valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
