In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be a key player in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their revenue goals.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, email campaigns, and market research.Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and gather relevant information to qualify leads.Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.Customer Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication and follow-up.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead information in Salesforce.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.Continuous Improvement: Actively seek ways to improve lead generation processes and increase sales effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required.3+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role.Proven success in achieving sales quotas and exceeding expectations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems.Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.We offer a pay rate in the range of $18/hr to $24/hr along with bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off (PTO), flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, pet insurance, and on-demand pay.
