Salary: $65,000 base + performance bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our fast-casual restaurant in Kent, Washington. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels in high-volume environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business results.
About the Role
As Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. You will lead and develop your team, maintain high standards of service and compliance, and manage financial performance to support the continued success of the location.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth, efficient service that meets company standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high performance, positive morale, and low turnover.
- Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing feedback and resolving any concerns.
- Financial Management: Control costs, monitor budgets, optimize labor and inventory, and work toward profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong track record of success managing teams in busy settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and restaurant financials.
