Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Travel RN specialized in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join a 13-week assignment. The role involves providing specialized perioperative cardiac care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients.
  
  
• 
  Assist during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and response to anesthesia throughout surgeries.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare patients and maintain sterile fields.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care, surgical procedures, and clinical observations thoroughly and accurately.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a valid RN license in the state of Texas or the ability to obtain licensure there.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative care.
  
  
• 
  Hold BLS, ACLS, and necessary certifications.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
