Temporary Consulting Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a temporary consulting senior recruiter to join Baker Tilly and support our experienced-hire recruiting team. This role will partner with hiring leaders, manage full life-cycle recruitment, and source top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
• Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
• Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday preferred
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required

The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees. The national pay rate range is $42.75 to $64.84. In California: pay rate range is $35.96 to $64.84
