High school diploma or equivalent required. Office experience preferred. Knowledge of word processing and computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Apple Works, and Excel. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Technical skills to operate and troubleshoot all copy machines, fax machines, printers, laminators, and binding machines. Position Description / Qualifications – Tutor (Intervention Services) AA college degree or 2 years of college required. Training or experience working with children in a group tutorial and supervisory setting. Interpersonal skills that foster a compatible working relationship with students and other adults as determined by the principal. Ability to assist students in learning basic elementary school curriculum. Maintain the same high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality as is expected of fully licensed teachers. Position Description / Qualifications – Noon Supervisor High school diploma or equivalent. Able to work outdoors in various kinds of weather for 20–30 minutes. Responsible for the physical safety and emotional behavior of an entire grade level while supervising students on the playground, cafeteria, and classroom. Per the LEAF contract: Elementary Clerk and Noon Supervisor positions are classified as A‑1‑1, with starting salary ranging from $16.25 to $19.66 per hour depending on experience. Tutor positions are classified as B‑2‑1, with starting salary ranging from $19.85 to $24.05 per hour depending on experience.
