Elementary Clerk/Tutor/Noon Supervisor

Non‑Licensed Position: Elementary Clerk / Intervention Tutor / Noon Supervisor - 3.75 hrs/day Office Clerk: 0.5 hr/day / 174 days/year Noon Supervisor: 1.5 hr/day / 174 days/year Intervention Tutor: 1.75 hr/day / 135 days/year Start and end times TBD. Start date TBD. Elementary Clerk Responsibilities and Qualifications Support elementary staff for the smooth operation of the school. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Office experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Apple Works, and Excel. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Operate and troubleshoot copy machines, fax machines, printers, laminators, and binding machines. Intervention Tutor Responsibilities and Qualifications AA degree or at least 2 years of college required. Training or experience in group tutorial and supervisory settings. Interpersonal skills conducive to a compatible working relationship with students and adults as determined by the principal. Assist students in learning basic elementary school curriculum. Maintain ethical behavior and confidentiality expected of licensed teachers. Noon Supervisor Responsibilities and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work outdoors in various weather for 20–30 minutes. Responsible for the physical safety and emotional behavior of an entire grade level while supervising students on the playground, cafeteria, and classroom. Implement discipline plans when necessary. Salary and Classification Elementary Clerk and Noon Supervisor: A‑1‑1, $16.25–$19.66/hr depending on experience. Intervention Tutor: B‑2‑1, $19.85–$24.05/hr depending on experience.
