Intervention Tutor/Noon Supervisor

Non‑Licensed Positions: Noon Supervisor & Intervention Tutor Hours : Noon Supervisor: 1.5 hour per day / 174 days per year M-F (7.5 hours/week). Intervention Tutor: 1.5 hour per day / 135 days per year M-TH (6 hours/week). Start date: 9/3/2026. Start/End times TBD. Role Responsibilities Noon Supervisor: Responsible for physical safety and emotional behavior of an entire grade level while supervising students on the playground, cafeteria and classroom. Includes implementing discipline plans when necessary. Intervention Tutor: Assist students in learning basic elementary school curriculum. Training or experience working with children in a group tutorial and supervisory setting. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. AA college degree / 2 years of college (minimum of 60 college credits) or successful Para Pro test or Para Educator Assessment required. Interpersonal skills to work compatibly with students and adults, as determined by the principal. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for 20–30 minutes. Maintain high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality, as expected of fully licensed teachers. Position Classification and Salary Noon Supervisor classified as A‑1‑1, salary $16.25–$19.66 per hour depending on experience. Tutor positions classified as B‑2‑1, salary $19.85–$24.05 per hour depending on experience. Benefits Paid vacation, personal, and sick leave. 12 paid holidays each year.
