LPN/LVN Nursing Position

Job Title: LPN/LVN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long-Term Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active New York Single State LPN license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: EPIC charting experience required Charge experience required Description: MUST HAVE A NEW YORK LICENSE TO SUBMIT. The position is for an LPN/LVN in a nursing facility. Shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM for five days a week. Every other weekend is required. Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:10. Floating will be required within skillset. Any combination of navy blue and white scrub color is acceptable. Candidates must have experience in long-term acute care. Experience with the EPIC charting system is mandatory. Candidates will be expected to float to different areas as needed. A maximum of three shifts may be canceled during the contract period without incurring charges. Please submit requests for time off upon submission. Previous experience in charge roles is required. Candidates must have the specified state license in hand to be considered. Candidates with significant time off requests may not be considered. All candidates must comply with background policy on a case-by-case basis. Alert the hiring manager if there is any foreign education that needs to be verified.
