Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $41.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Evening – 5x8 Hours, 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM; Every Other Weekend required; Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical/vocational nursing care within a Nursing Facility/Nursing Home setting
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:10
• Float within skillset as required
• Chart using EPIC EHR system
• Submit RTO, block, and special scheduling requests upon submission
• Be available to work every other weekend
• Be available to work every other holiday, if needed

Education Requirements

• Active New York Single State LPN license required (NY is not a Compact state; pending license not accepted)
• BLS certification required

Required Skills

• EPIC EHR charting experience required
• Ability to float within skillset
• Availability for evening shift (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM), every other weekend, and every other holiday as needed

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Setting: Nursing Facility / Nursing Home
• Patient ratio: 1:10
• Scrub color: Any combination of navy blue and white
• Call-off policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted for LPNs at a reduced rate

Important Notes

• MUST HAVE NY LICENSE TO SUBMIT — Active New York Single State LPN license is mandatory; pending license is not accepted. NY is not a Compact state.
• RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be submitted upon submission.
