Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN - LTC for our client in Clifton Springs, NY 14432. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Clifton Springs, NY 14432

Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule: 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00) Guaranteed Hours: 40hr/wk. We have opening in City - Clifton Springs, NY 14432. Local and traveler candidates accepted. Auto offer

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Nursing Facility/Nursing Home experience is required.
• Behavior Management Techniques
• Degenerative Disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's)
• Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Charting: EPIC experience required

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Must have an active New York Single State LPN license. (NY is not Compact)
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Nursing Facility/Nursing Home experience is required.
• Behavior Management Techniques
• Degenerative Disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's)
• Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG
