LPN/LVN – LTC – Contract

Location: Clifton Springs, NY
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 5x8 | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $34.00–$38.00/Hour
Weekend: Every Other Weekend

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide nursing care in a long-term care/nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, EPIC experience, and the ability to work independently in a nursing facility environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
Perform assessments and document patient care using EPIC.
Manage behavioral and degenerative conditions, including Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's.
Perform 12-lead EKG/ECG as needed.
Follow infection control and patient safety standards.
Float within the appropriate skill set as required.

Requirements

Active New York State LPN License required to submit.
BLS Certification required.
Nursing facility/nursing home experience required.
EPIC experience required.
Experience with behavior management techniques.
Must be available every other weekend and every other holiday, if needed.
First-time travelers accepted.
