Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of care. Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care, providing patient and family instruction. Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities. Provide clinical expertise and guidance for patient care. Use critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate issues appropriately. Contribute to professional nursing activities and peer review processes.
