This is a unique opportunity to shape demand strategy for a portfolio of iconic, market-leading brands including MOLYKOTE, Vespel, and MultibaseTM, serving critical industries such as aerospace & defense, transportation, semiconductors, and advanced electronics.In this role, you will sit at the intersection of commercial, operations, supply chain, product management and finance, translating market & demand signals into actionable plans that drive global business performance.What You’ll DoAs a Demand Planner, you will own and drive the consensus demand plan (volume & revenue) across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons—ensuring accurate, data-driven insights inform decisions across North America and globally.You will:Lead the monthly regional demand planning agenda, serving as the key connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Management, and FinanceTranslate market insights into clear demand assumptions, enabling informed short- and long-term planningFacilitate the monthly revenue outlook generation process from demand perspective with input from various key stakeholdersBuild and manage detailed demand plans at SKU and customer level using tools such as OMP, SAP APO, and ExcelEnsure alignment between demand signals and operational execution, communicating effectively with global manufacturing and supply chain teamsAnalyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand trends, identifying root causes and driving corrective actionsSupport IBP/S&OP processes, including Global Demand Reviews and pre-alignment meetings, partner with global peers and Demand Planner LeaderDevelop executive-ready insights and presentations for regional and global leadershipContinuously improve demand planning processes and outcome, enhancing data quality, insights, and forecast reliabilityWhat You BringYou are an analytical, business-minded planner who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys influencing outcomes across functions.Required:Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, or IBP/S&OP processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)Proven ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-functional, global environmentHigh learning agility and adaptability to new systems and methodologiesPreferred:Experience working with large, complex data setsExposure to advanced planning tools (OMP, SAP APO, or similar)Background in industrial, aerospace, or automotive sectorsWhy Join UsGlobal impact – Shape demand strategies across critical, high-growth industriesStrategic visibility – Present insights and influence decisions at the leadership levelInnovative portfolio – Work with industry-leading materials and technologiesCollaborative culture – Partner with diverse, global teams across commercial and operationsReady to Shape the Future of Demand Planning?If you’re passionate about using data to drive decisions, collaborating across global teams, and influencing business outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.#LI-JS1
