Lateral Associate - Corporate Capital Markets

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Lateral Associate to join their Capital Markets team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings in the United States and advising clients on SEC reporting and compliance matters. Duties Represent issuers and underwriters in securities offerings. Advise clients on SEC reporting and compliance. Collaborate with team members on capital markets transactions. Requirements Experience in public and private securities offerings. Knowledge of SEC reporting and compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing.
