WAREHOUSE MANAGER

 

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of 5 years’ management/supervisory experience
• Experience in a 3PL (pick, pack, ship) warehouse a plus
• Experience in a regulated industry (like pharma) PREFERRED
• Should have an understanding of shipping/import/supply chain requirements for pharma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience with customer audits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize or change priorities as needed
• Associate’s degree required or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage warehouse personnel and ensure they complete their job duties proficiently. Warehouse personnel responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving items, performing necessary entries into the company ERP system. Unpacking containers and verifying freight bills and any necessary documentation.
  2. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with ERP system totals.
  3. Pick, pack and ship all orders received from clients.
  4. Maintain shipping and receiving supplies.
  5. Ensure all equipment i.e., fork trucks, pallet jacks, et., are in good working order.
• Train/lead/disburse employees as needed
• Ensure operational efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Annual Salary: $60-65,000
