Precision Grinder (Centerless & CNC)We are seeking skilled Precision Grinders to join our team across all three shifts. Whether you are an up-and-coming machinist or a Master Grinder, we have a place for your expertise. You will be working with industry-leading equipment, including Cincinnati, Studer, and Drake machines, to produce high-tolerance components.Compensation & Experience LevelsEntry Level (1–2 Years Experience): $25.00 – $30.00 / hrMaster Level (5–10+ Years Experience): $30.00 – $40.00 / hrAvailable ShiftsFirst Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-FridaySecond Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday-FridayThird Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-ThursdayKey RequirementsMachine Expertise: Proven experience setting up and operating Cincinnati (Centerless), Studer, and/or Drake grinding machines.Technical Precision: Ability to hold tight tolerances (often ±.0001") and perform mid-process adjustments.Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications.Tooling: Experience dressed wheels (diamond/vitrified) and selecting appropriate speeds/feeds for various alloys.Master Level Candidates: Must be able to perform complex setups from scratch and mentor junior grinders.Why Join Us?Competitive hourly rates based on true technical skill.Opportunity to work on state-of-the-art grinding technology.Stable, long-term career growth in a precision manufacturing environment.PrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.PrideStaff is the highest rated staffing agency in the area.
