Dealer Support - Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is partnering with a reputable water solutions company that is looking to hire a Dealer Support Customer Service Representative. 

This employee serves as a point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal partners, delivering timely, professional support via phone and email. This role focuses on high-volume call handling, accurate order entry, and effective issue identification while routing inquiries to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service incoming customer phone calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner

• Direct callers to the appropriate department or resource based on inquiry type

• Identify calls or emails requiring escalation and route appropriately

• Handle an average of 125 customer calls per day while maintaining service quality.

• Provide basic sales support to customer and dealer accounts.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience managing inbound calls

• 3+ years of customer service experience

• Experience or familiarity with ERP/order entry systems preferred

• Experience working in Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) environments preferred

• Comfortable learning and navigating new software applications.

• Basic data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Experience with Outlook email and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

Logistics

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Temporary

• Location: Hybrid, 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Rosemont, IL
