This role requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while working with moderate supervision.The role:Using FEFO basis, pick, stock, verify, identify inventory, or deliver materials as neededManage all work orders including printing, picking, staging, issuing, and closing materialsPrepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentationMaintain inventory and associated records, including cycle count activitiesReceive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in the appropriate system/locationHandle materials using warehouse equipment and ensure safe transport between locationsSupport freezer/cooler operations, temperature monitoring, and PM activitiesEnsure compliance with SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety standards while maintaining an organized work areaThe candidate:High School Diploma or equivalent1–2 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or materials operationsAbility to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and operate company vehicleExperience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) preferredExperience with inventory systems (JD Edwards or similar) preferredExperience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or cGMP environment preferredKnowledge of shipping processes, including international documentation, preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse/cold storage environmentsWhy you should join Catalent:Competitive medical benefits and 401K152 hours PTO + 8 Paid HolidaysDynamic, fast-paced work environmentOpportunity to work on Continuous Improvement ProcessesCatalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
