We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage service, including menu planning, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to increase revenue and meet customer needs.
2. Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide exceptional service.
4. Monitor health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in a food and beverage management role.
2. Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Understanding of health and safety regulations.
6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
