Accounts Receivable Clerk

What You'll Do

Accounts Receivable (primary focus)

• Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time

• Record incoming payments

• Manage receivables day to day, including:

◦ Following up on past-due invoices

◦ Reviewing billing for accuracy and correcting errors

Customer Service & Support

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers

• Quote shipments for customers

• Track shipments and provide status updates

Operations & Office Support

• Follow up with drivers as needed

• Assist with dispatch during busy periods

• Support day-to-day office responsibilities

• Assist management with other projects and tasks as they come up

• Work in our ERP and TMS

What We're Looking For

• A working understanding of double-entry accounting

• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong, professional customer communication skills

• A problem-solver who takes initiative

• Accountable and reliable — owns their work and follows through

• Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software

Nice to Have

• Experience with an ERP system

• Prior customer service experience

• Previous office leadership experience

Compensation details: 21-26 Hourly Wage
