Strategic Business Case & Decision Analytics Lead
Operations Council
Seattle City Light is seeking a Principal Business Case & Decision Analysis Lead to own and evolve the enterprise business case framework and guide cross-functional teams through structured decision-making. You will develop and review business cases for programs, capital projects, grants, and regulatory changes, and conduct scenario modeling to support strategic planning. You will integrate insights into rate cases and forecasts, and clearly communicate findings to executives and elected #J-18808-Ljbffr Operations Council
