The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health at our organization is seeking to add a new faculty member to its Maternal-Fetal Medicine program.

Exciting Opportunity to:

• Become part of a dedicated team of 14 Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists who are passionate about their work and prioritize patient-centered care.

• Play an active role in educating medical students, residents, fellows, and other learners.

• Engage in ongoing quality and safety initiatives within Maternal-Fetal Medicine, along with opportunities to contribute to clinical and basic science research.

• Benefit from protected time, averaging 3.5 clinical days per week, with no on-call duties when not on service.

• Experience no in-house call while on service, with inpatient coverage required for approximately 5-6 weeks per year.

• Work at the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Center located on the Medical Center Campus.

• Access three outreach locations throughout the greater Twin Cities area.

• Utilize a fully integrated Ultrasound Unit and reporting system.

The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at our organization stands as the largest academic program in the upper Midwest. It is designed to provide top-tier, evidence-based care to patients facing high-risk pregnancies, while also offering an immersive educational experience for medical students, residents, and fellows. With numerous outreach clinics and telemedicine services, our division extends care to patients across the region.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency and a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

• Eligibility for board certification through ABOG.

• Possession or ability to obtain a medical license and DEA registration in Minnesota, meeting the necessary criteria for credentialing and privileges.

• Capability to secure work authorization in the U.S. from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status as per VISA requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in an academic practice is preferred.

• Experience with chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and/or fetal procedures is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position is jointly employed by our organization and the University. The total salary is competitive and aligned with AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical compensation, which corresponds to clinical responsibilities, is provided through our organization. The base salary range for this clinical role is between $550,000 and $600,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation from the University will be based on academic contributions.
