This role is ideal for a physician committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care/liliManage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practices/liliMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system/liliCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care/liliParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with organizational standards/liliAdhere to all regulatory, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution/liliBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/liliActive and unrestricted New Jersey medical license/liliDEA and CDS certification (or eligibility)/liliPrior experience in a community health center or FQHC setting preferred/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills/li/ulpSchedule:/pulliFlexible part-time and/or per diem hours based on organizational needs/li/ul/div
