Production Operator

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5pm - 1:30am, Monday through Friday Must be able to Train on 1st shift

What's the Job?

Train on first shift to learn various manufacturing processes
Load and unload lightweight automotive parts with precision
Inspect parts, reset alarms, and perform minor paper and computer work for counts
Operate multiple machines in a steady to fast-paced environment
Support different areas as needed

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to multitask effectively and handle repetitive tasks
Willingness to undergo training in multiple areas
Ability to pass drug test and background check
