Data Engineer

Data Engineer – Dallas, TX LTM’s Banking & Financial Services team is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for a Data Engineer role in Dallas, TX location. You Will Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines using Python and PySpark (training provided) Support building and managing data layers following Bronze, Silver, and Gold (Medallion) architecture concepts Work with Databricks and Delta Lake to process and manage data Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists on analytics and AI use cases Perform data validation, cleaning, and basic optimisation tasks Support monitoring of data workflows and ensure data quality Participate in code reviews and team discussions Skills You Will Bring Basic understanding of Python programming Knowledge of SQL and relational databases Familiarity with data structures, ETL concepts, and data processing basics Eagerness to learn cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data tools Effective Communication Skills, Customer Service Oriented, Teamwork and collaboration. Ability to learn quickly and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity to technology. Exhibits attention to detail in day-to-day activities along with Problem solving abilities. Technical curiosity and motivation to succeed. Well-rounded extra-curricular experiences, with demonstrated leadership. Education Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technology focus. Majors include Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, and others. 3.0 GPA or higher.
