SAP Sales Manager

Learn more: We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Manager with a strong services background to drive revenue growth by selling SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Cloud, Digital Transformation) and a proven track record in services sales, client relationship management, and business development. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales cycles for SAP services (consulting, implementation, AMS, upgrades). Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets . Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target industries. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders . Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP strategy and services. Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Business Development Develop go-to-market strategies focused on SAP services. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with SAP and other ecosystem vendors to drive joint opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools. Track key metrics and report on sales performance. Manage sales processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 8–15+ years of experience in enterprise software/services sales, with a strong focus on SAP services/SAP testing / QA services. Experience with SAP testing tools (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium for SAP) is preferred. Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets. Strong understanding of: SAP implementation and managed services models Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales . Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
