The Company is in search of a hands-on Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and expansion of a modern marketing engine with a direct focus on revenue generation. This unique role demands a leader who is not only a creative and skilled writer but also a full-stack marketing operator, capable of crafting a compelling point of view, developing a content strategy, and executing a demand generation program. The successful candidate will be deeply aligned with sales, accountable for the sales pipeline, and adept at building demand across various channels, including digital, ABM, events, and field. Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing purposes and a strong understanding of product marketing and messaging are essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue accountability. The role requires a leader with a demonstrated ability to write and produce high-quality, differentiated content, as well as experience in content strategy and multi-channel distribution. Close partnership with sales teams in a B2B environment is a must, and experience in growth-stage, PE-backed, or founder-led companies is preferred. The ideal candidate will be tool-fluent in Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, Sendoso, and ZoomInfo, and possess the grit to thrive in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
