About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community-based organization. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' of executive experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a proven track record of success. Experience in community-based organizations, youth development programs, and mental health programming is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trauma-informed, equity-focused, and community-centered leadership practices, and a demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams, develop staff, and implement systems-based leadership approaches. Financial management, fund development, and experience with government contracts are also key qualifications.
