Job Description

Are you looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in construction? Unite Contracting Solutions in Port Sulfur, LA, is currently seeking a Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will work alongside experienced construction professionals to assist with various tasks on the job site.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials
Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and trash
Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear at all times

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. Construction experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction and gain valuable skills that will benefit them long-term. Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment preferred
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
