Competitively source technology spend through RFP, RFI, and RFQs for telecom network infrastructure and backhaul solutions (e.g., fiber, Ethernet, wavelength services). Draft, negotiate, and execute contractual documents including master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders for high‑volume circuit procurement. Manage suppliers, develop scorecards, conduct performance management, and hold quarterly business reviews across a large portfolio of regional and national telecom providers. Drive sourcing strategies for large‑scale, high‑volume circuit deployments (1G/10G/100G+), balancing cost, speed to deploy, and network resiliency. Handle intellectual property licensing procurement and provide structural guidance related to network technologies. Liaise with technical personnel to interpret specifications (e.g., route diversity, latency, capacity requirements) into commercial and financial outcomes. Summarize and present business cases, supplier strategies, and agreements for executive review and approval. Manage supplier escalations related to delivery, performance, and contractual obligations impacting network deployment timelines. Education & Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or related field (Required). 4–7 years of experience in technology sourcing, telecom/network engineering, or a similar role supporting infrastructure procurement. 4–7 years of experience managing business requirements, project plans, schedules, and associated materials in a mid‑ to large‑size company. Preferred: Experience working with telecom carriers, fiber providers, or network infrastructure vendors. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Project Management (Required). Microsoft Office (Required). RFP/RFI Development (Required). Contract Negotiation (Required). Communication (Required). Strategic Sourcing (Required). Knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, including fiber, Ethernet, and wavelength services (Preferred). Ability to manage a high‑volume supplier environment (50+ vendors) across multiple geographic markets (Preferred). Understanding of network deployment lifecycle, including site activation timelines and service delivery intervals (Preferred). Financial modeling and cost analysis for large‑scale network sourcing decisions (Preferred). Licenses and Certifications Certified Property Manager (CPM) (Preferred). Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (Preferred). Supply chain or sourcing certifications such as CPSM or CSCP (Preferred).

At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Base Pay Range: $87,000 – $156,900. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
