Location: Waterbury, CT
Salary: $270,000 to $378,000 + Bonus PotentialPosition Highlights
• Competitive salary of $270,000 – $380,000
• Potential performance bonus after 6 months and annually thereafter
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• 32-40 hour work week
• Approximately 60% administrative / 40% clinical
• Clinical schedule includes 1 full day and 2 half days per week
• Average of 15 patients per day with approximately a 20% no-show rate
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR
• Local candidates preferred
• Position expected to be filled within 6-8 weeksResponsibilities for Chief Medical Officer
• Provide executive clinical leadership across multiple service lines
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and clinical operations
• Provide oversight of infection prevention and infection control programs
• Partner with leadership on provider staffing, recruitment, and retention
• Ensure compliance with HRSA regulations and UDS reporting requirements
• Represent the organization within the Community Health Center of Connecticut trade association and other community partnerships
• Support Adult Medicine, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics
• Continue direct patient care while mentoring and supporting clinical staffWhy This Opportunity?

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of physician leadership experience
