About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide executive leadership in the planning, delivery, and advancement of nursing care. The CNO will be a key figure in the organization's growth, integration, and transformation, with a focus on strengthening nursing practice, building leadership capacity, and advancing quality and safety. This role is pivotal in establishing a modern nursing model that aligns with the company's mission and operating priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining standards for nursing practice, ensuring accountability for nursing services, and driving performance in clinical, operational, workforce, and professional practice. Candidates for the CNO position at the company should be experienced nurse executives capable of operating both strategically and practically. The role demands a leader who can create structure and discipline in daily operations, build a strong professional practice foundation, and be a visible, trusted presence for frontline staff.
