Job Title: CRM Executive – EU Reporting to: CRM Manager Location: THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Fully Office based Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day CRM campaigns, including conceptualisation, briefing, production, and delivery. Develop and implement a testing strategy to optimise email, SMS and app communications. Collaborate with the wider CRM and marketing team to deliver a dynamic, personalised CRM strategy that engages customers through their purchasing journey. Produce and support the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and identify improvement areas. Work with the in‑house creative team to develop marketing materials, ensuring visual engagement and effectiveness. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in CRM or a related marketing role (min 1+ year). Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. Excellent project‑management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM software and tools. Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Creative flair with an eye for design and detail.
