What You'll Do We're looking for someone who is open to working 2–3 days as a Veterinary Assistant and 1–2 days as a Client Service Representative (CSR) . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient care and working directly with clients. As a Veterinary Assistant, You'll Obtain patient histories Discuss core vs. lifestyle vaccines with clients Educate clients about preventatives and their importance Perform proficient patient restraint Perform venipuncture Assist with treatments, diagnostics, and procedures Support doctors and technicians with patient care Provide compassionate care to patients and their families Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment As a CSR, You'll Provide excellent customer service Assist clients with appointments and check-in/check-out Communicate professionally with clients Support the veterinary team with client needs and hospital flow What We're Looking For Customer service experience Strong communication skills Proficiency with patient restraint Venipuncture experience Ability to obtain and document patient histories Comfortable discussing core vs. lifestyle vaccines Ability to explain the importance of preventatives to clients A team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take on both clinical and client-service responsibilities LVT students are encouraged to apply! Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments. Strong organizational and communication skills.
