Executive Recruiter
We are searching for an executive recruiter to join our team. We are an executive search firm specializing in management recruiting within the food and beverage industry nationwide and internationally. We opened in 1968, and we have a superb reputation for our services and strive to be the best in the field.
Requirements for this position include: a four year degree, superb communication skills (a large percentage of your time would be on the phone), ability to multi-task and work many functions simultaneously, fluency in computers and ability to work with a variety of software programs, interest in working full days, drive, ambition, and a sense of urgency.
Preferences for this position include: a sales background with demonstrated results, knowledge of a high-speed production environment, food and/or beverage manufacturing experience.
We are located in Memphis, TN, and only local candidates would be considered. Based on our previous company performance, a recruiter can earn realistically $70,000 to $250,000 or more.
