General Manager - Gerald Nissan

We're seeking a successful leader who is energetic, passionate, highly motivated, and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to even greater success.

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
• Experienced in motivating staff
• Skilled at generating high volume and gross profit
• Track record of excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Passionate about customer retention
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
• Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives
• Create a positive culture for the team and foster a "team" atmosphere focused on employee retention

Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $175,000 – $300,000/yr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to skills and experience)
