Become a part of our caring community The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. Receptionist Job Functions: You will operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs You will schedule appointments You will verify insurances You will collect patient charges You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Boerne Care Center located at 136 Old San Antonio Rd Suite 406 Boerne, TX 78006 Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Experience in a medical office Six months to one year of multi phone line experience Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Preferred Qualifications Two years related experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate degree Experience with ECW Knowledge of Medical terminology Additional Information This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
